Sleepy hair

Dad and I had the same sleepy hair this morning.
Mum took photo of us as we looked like Oompa Loompas!!

Sanda Hachimangu Shrine

Today I went to a local shrine with my Mum and Dad, it's called Sanda Hachimangu jinja. Dad threw money into the box so I could ring the bell and wish for something. 

There was a steep road leading to the shrine and I enjoyed a fast ride down!

Getting Out & About

I have started going out for walks with my Mum & Dad. I really like a bumpy ride in my stroller and the motion makes me fall asleep.

My 1st shrine visit

Today was my 1st shrine visit (omiyamairi お宮参り). I went to my Grandparents place first so Mum, Grandma and I could get dressed up in our kimonos', I wasn't very keen to wear mine and I didn't like having to wear make-up! I was happy in my Pooh Bear jumpsuit! 

Then we went to a local shrine close to home, we were lucky it was a sunny, warm day as it was snowing the day before. I enjoyed my car trip there.

I sat with Grandma during the ceremony and I was a good boy! The priest read some good wishes for me and shook some bells which I enjoyed. 

Afterwards we took lots of photos and then I got to ride in the car again. I was happy to get back home, I got back into my normal clothes and after a feed I had a good sleep.

The big people were eating some yummy looking food! I'm looking forward to when I can eat proper food too!
