Riding my trike

I had my first ride on my new trike. I wasn't scared at all and I enjoy going fast!
Dad took me around Flowertown and I really enjoyed the different point of view. Dad was laughing when I started waving to all other people riding bicycles. Dad loves bicycles and has a nice one, so I think I will always have good bikes.

My first downhill

That was fun!

Past our local supermarket

Dad sometimes lunged for me, Im ok!

Relaxing

Although, I do forget
about steering sometimes!

Playing with my toys and reading books

I like playing with my toys but I'm not good at tidying up, Mum always helps me so I'm slowly learning it.
I also like reading books sitting besides the windows, it's really warm during the day even it's winter.

My 1st Birthday!

Last month I had my 1st birthday. I was surprised when I got up, Mum and Dad had decorated the lounge and there was a pile of presents for me. I had a fun day playing with my new toys. Mum worked hard and made a nice dinner and cake. Baba and Jiji came for dinner and I had fun with them.
Before dinner, I carried some heavy mochi (rice cake) on my back, this is a Japanese tradition to bring lots of good food to me.

What are those?!
Lucky me!
I found a card from Nanny!
Opening time!
Carrying mochi, it was heavy!
My dinner, yummy!
My cake- Pancake, yoghurt, biscuits & fruit.

My present from Jiji & Baba

Time for a test ride!

Day trip to Hikami

Mum, Dad, Jiji and I went to Hikami, Tamba for the day. We had lunch at a nice noodle shop and then went to some temples, shrines and a waterfall to see the autumn colours. Hikami is a nice place to visit, maybe we'll go back for cherry blossom or cosmos season.

This shrine was beautiful!

Dad was excited to take photos

It was a bit cold in the shade

Autumn Colours

Mum, Dad & I had a day out in Sasayama. We went to Sasayama for lunch and then we drove about 20 mins out of town to a shrine called Tokou-ji.
The trees were many different beautiful colours, I enjoyed viewing them and I talked a lot with Mum & Dad about them.

No crowds, lucky!

Sightseeing

Most days we went shopping and out for lunch by bus, it was a very bumpy bus! Mum & Dad were surprised that when I was tired, I could sleep through this bumpiness!
One of our days we hired a car and went exploring, Mum was brave and did a good job driving a left-hand drive car and driving on the opposite side of the road to which she's used to.
We saw some beautiful scenery and then it was back to the hotel for a swim.

Our bus
"stay right!" Dad kept saying
Umatic Bridge
