New House

We moved from our apartment (高いおじhigh home, as I called it) to a house (きれいおじbeautiful house).
I had fun going to our new place and preparing to move. I thought we were going to have two homes for a while. I'm going to miss our apartment because we lived on a high floor and had a great view.
I'm enjoying living in our new place though. It's much bigger and has a garden I can play in. I do gardening, play soccer and ride my bike around the house.

We have All Blacks clothes that Nanny sent us and I look forward to teaching the Haka to my little bro. We were very happy that the All Blacks could win the World Cup. Hopefully we can go and see some games at the next World Cup here in Japan.

My Baby Brother

In September we welcomed my little brother into the world. His name is Matua.
I love him very much and like giving him hugs and kisses.
He watches me a lot and thinks I'm funny. He's taken some of my toys which I don't mind because I'm a big boy now.

Sports Festival

I had my sports festival. It was perfect weather which was lucky as we had some rough weather the week before. We practiced hard at school and I enjoyed running practice at home. I got a medal and had a great time afterwards, playing soccer with Dad and some other fathers and running around with my friends.

We watched two firework displays during summer. Dad had been sick so we watched from close to home. Next year we will go and enjoy the festival.

Okinawa Trip

Mum, Dad, Baba, Jiji and I went for a holiday to Okinawa.
I had a great time from start to finish!
I could enjoy watching some planes before leaving from Itami airport. I was excited to see we were flying on a plane that looked like 'Ishani" from Disney Planes. I was very brave on the flight. There were lots of excited high school students, I cheered with them when we took off and landed.
It was hot when we arrived so once we got to our hotel, Dad and I quickly changed and went to the swimming pool. I continue to gain confidence in the water and this time I could go on the waterslides.
We went to Churaumi Aquarium which is massive! I loved it there.
Our hotel was great! There were many activities catering for families and the restaurants had yummy food. I really enjoyed breakfast each day. I chose pasta, sausages and cream pun everyday! We went on a cruise, the boat's hull had windows so we could see many beautiful fish swimming around the reef. I was very excited to see military aircraft flying overhead, we saw fighter jets, helicopters and massive cargo planes. As soon as we got home I started saying that I want to go again.
